This position is critical to the success of our marketing and sales services organization. We are not a group of telemarketers. We maintain a team of experienced inside sales representatives who are responsible for proactive outbound prospecting on behalf of a wide range of B2B technology clients. Prospect interaction will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone, email and fax communications in an effort to sell and market our clients’ products and services to business customers.
Formal Training or Education:
We are seeking Program Directors with direct marketing and ad agency experience to be the point person in daily client communications. This position requires high-energy, detail-oriented professionals with extensive experience as the lead account person on multiple accounts. Ideal candidates should have a track record of consistently delighting clients by delivering outstanding service, strategic insights, and flawless tactical project execution.
You’ll need to be experienced and comfortable interacting directly with client executives at all levels, a wizard at setting, meeting and exceeding client expectations, and adept at helping clients gain the maximum value from the work we deliver.
This role is very hands-on. You’ll coordinate internal resources as they execute programs for your clients, and will gather and deliver, on a daily basis, a range of metrics that show the client in clear terms where we stand in meeting our commitments to them. To that end, you’ll need to have excellent skills in tools such as: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Eloqua, ExactTarget, Vtrenz, and Manticore.

An entry level market research position, this person will conduct market research analyses and prepare summary reports under supervision of the Director of Research. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or Math is the minimum requirement. Proficiency in SPSS, Power Point and web-based survey tools are also necessary skills to handle the job requirements.
Two years of prior research experience is preferred but a recent college graduate with a background in business, science or math and with at least one year of study in both statistics and scientific methods will also be considered in lieu of relevant job experience.
This person will be responsible for managing the ViaMetric research process for clients, answering questions, insuring timelines are met and generally serving as a liaison between the ViaMetric research team and the client marketing and sales teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required and 2 years of account management experience is preferred. Prior experience in market research sales and/or account management would be considered ideal.
